Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice with the following information:
Your name, address, phone number, and email.
Identification of the content that was removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or in our jurisdiction if outside the U.S.).
Your physical or electronic signature.
